Laboratory Confirmation Service for Urine Samples
All Samples can be confirmed by our Analytical Services Division. We provide a urine chain of custody collection kit which can be used for laboratory screening and/or confirmation of urine samples. The kit contains all necessary items to ensure legally defensible drug testing, including tamper evident seals and evidence bag. A free post bag and packaging is included for sample submission to Cozart. Available in boxes of 5, Product Code: CUR302.
